Dear Vendor,
We hope you can join us for Webster Garlic Fest 2024!

Join over 100 Garlic Growers, Craft Vendors, and Food Trucks. Over 3,000 people attended the 2023 festival.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit Wreaths Across America, a National non-profit program to honor and remember veterans resting in Webster, NY cemeteries. Hundreds from the community place Veteran Wreaths on the graves of our fallen heroes. Proceeds from the 2024 Webster Garlic Fest will help us honor and remember even more veterans in Webster cemeteries on National Wreath Day.

The Blue Star Mothers ROC NY8 (Military families) use proceeds to build Care Packages for locally deployed service members, help local military families in need, and provide support for local veterans.

Gold Star Mothers Rochester (A child, spouse, sibling, or parent lost in Active Duty) use proceeds to help hurting veterans in the Rochester, New York area.

Vendor Setup:

Friday: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 9:00 am. All vehicles used for setup must be moved by 8:30 am.
Overnight Security will be provided Friday and Saturday evenings.
Parking is free

Booth Type:
SOLD OUT: Single (10×10’) Inside Booth: $150 (Bring table and chairs) Electricity Needed? Yes / No
SOLD OUT: Double (10×20’) Inside Booth: $300 (Bring table and chairs) Electricity Needed? Yes / No
Single (10×10’) Outside Booth with extra “Patio” Space: $150 (Bring tent, table, chairs, and power, if needed)
Double (10×20’) Outside Booth with extra “Patio” Space: $300 (Bring tent, table, chairs, and power, if needed)

Food Truck: $150 (Bring your own power)

Truck and Tent: $300. (Bring your own power, tent, weights, table, and chair)

Bring With You:

  • Copy of Tax ID
  • Copy of Insurance
  • Copy of Liquor Insurance (If applicable)
  • Monroe County Department of Health permit (If applicable)
