Dear Vendor, We are excited to welcome the Garlic Fest back to Webster! Proceeds from the festival will benefit Wreaths Across America, a National non-profit program. In 2022, the Webster community sponsored enough wreaths to honor and remember all 650 veterans resting in Webster Union Cemetery. On Wreath Day (December 17, 2022), hundreds from the community placed veteran wreaths on the graves of our fallen heroes. Proceeds from the 2023 Webster Garlic Fest will help us honor and remember even more veterans in Webster cemeteries on National Wreath Day, December 16, 2023. The NY8 Blue Star Mothers (local military families) will receive $5 back from every $17 sponsored veteran wreath. This money will be used to build Care Packages for locally deployed service members, help local military families in need, and provide support for local veterans. • Webster Garlic Fest has the right to accept or deny any application
• Once accepted, vendor fees are non-refundable. We will send out an acceptance letter.
• No grill cooking or hot plate cooking at any indoor booth. You will have an outdoor booth.
• Set up hours are Friday, September 8th: 6:00-9:00 pm OR Saturday, September 9th: 7:30-9:00 am

• We will try to accommodate special placement requests but no guarantees can be made
• Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, tent and weights. No tents over 10x10’ will fit within a single booth space. Weights are required for each tent leg. Stakes and ropes much remain within your designated space. Outdoor vendors must be prepared for any/all weather conditions. THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, and vendors are required to participate for the duration of the festival.
• Booth breakdown begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 10th. We kindly ask you stay the full duration of the festival and do not begin breakdown before then.
• Please secure your booth overnight to protect your inventory. Security will be provided, but it is your responsibility to do what you can to avoid theft or damage due to weather conditions. The Webster Garlic Fest and Webster Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any loss or damage of goods due to theft or weather.

INSURANCE / TAX /LIABILITY
• Webster Garlic Fest and Webster Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the vendor’s property. The vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Webster Garlic Fest, Webster Parks and Recreation, their employees, representatives, and volunteers against any loss, damage, and claims to the vendor’s property arising by virtue of their occupancy of the premises and use thereof.
• Have a copy of your Tax ID and Insurance with you at your booth.
• No selling or soliciting is permitting outside your booth area. Vendors shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times while participating in this event.
• All food vendors must have a copy of their permit to operate from the Department of Health with them during the festival. Food vendors are subject to an on-site Department of Health inspection.
• All vendors serving alcohol (tasting only) must have a copy of their Liquor Liability Insurance at their booth.
• Vendors agree to allow the Webster Garlic Fest permission to use any photos or images for publicity.

I have read the accompanying Guidelines, Rules, & Regulations and agree to abide by them. I further understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable, and that the Festival is held RAIN OR SHINE.
